Restoration and extension of the buildings of the Royal Conservatories of Music in Brussels. The project organizes, around interior gardens completely redesigned and open to the City : The restoration and upgrading to acoustic and thermal comfort standards, suitable for music education, of nine listed buildings, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, including, among others, the Great Concert Hall by the architect JP Cluysenaar , the Hôtel de Maître on rue aux Laines and Place du Petit Sablon, ROYAL CONSERVATORIES OF MUSIC IN BRUSSELS Restoration and extension of the historic Royal Conservatories of Music in Brussels. The project is organized around a new interior courtyard and includes the restoration and upgrading to current acoustic and thermal comfort standards, suitable for music education, of nine listed buildings and their extensions. Included area new Chamber Music Room, a new Orchestra Rehearsal Room, four new master’s classrooms, and roughly fifteen new music classrooms.
