FAVOURABLE ADVICE OF THE CONSULTATION COMMITTEE

The De Brouckère project is located in the heart of the historic center of Brussels. The Îlot De Brouckère borders the Place de Brouckère, the real end point of the new pedestrian zone in Brussels which links the Place de la Bourse to the Place de Brouckère. The project was designed to revitalize a block of tertiary occupation. Historically belonging to the Allianz group, the tertiary function has been replaced by a multifunctional project which brings diversity and diversity to the city. Completely built, the island now gives pride of place to gardens inside the island, constituting a veritable lung of greenery.
